Clearspring Ume Su / 6x150ml
This traditional Japanese seasoning is made by pickling umeboshi plums with red shiso leaves. Its vinegar-like tanginess adds a rich flavour to a wide variety of dishes including salads, dips, vegetables, dressings, for pickling and cocktails. Due to its inherent saltiness, use sparingly.
