Mani Organics Sun Dried Tomato Spread / 6x180g

This exquisite, mildly spicy paste is made from traditionally sun-dried tomatoes combined with fruity extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with a little basil and a drop of Kalamata balsamic vinegar. This aromatic spread is perfect as an appetizer on toasted bread, to refine sauces, and tastes fabulous with Feta cheese. Thanks to the gentle, natural sun-drying method, the tomatoes maintain all their valuable, heat-sensitive properties such as vitamin C and lycopene. It takes between 8 and 14 kilos of fresh tomatoes to make a single kilo of sun dried tomatoes.
