Organic De-fatted SOYABEANS. The SOYABEANS are ground and defatted with a pressure process - giving half-defatted soy-meal; processed further +steam (<5% fat) and extruded into chunks. Use as protein source in recipes. Best when marinated in a highly flavoured stock for 1-2hrs.
