Hand-harvested for centuries in North America. A seperate species, unrelated to rice. Nutritionally superior. Cook on its own or as part of a rice mix. Wash, then using 3 cups of water to 1 cup 'rice', bring to boil. Stir once and simmer in a covered pan for 45 minutes until the water has been absorbed.
