Long Grain Brown Rice (50%), Red Rice (35%), Wild Rice (15%). To cook perfect rice: Rinse in cold water and use 1 cup rice: 2.5 cups of water. Bring to the boil & stir once. Simmer in a covered pan for 35-45 mins until all the water is absorbed.
